Drew Morrisroe is an innovative entrepreneur and senior executive leader with more than 25 years of success across the technology, not-for-profit, higher education, and healthcare industries.

In 1997 he founded CTN Solutions and has built the business into a leading provider of IT staffing, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services.  CTN’s strategic approach frees companies from IT worries allowing them to focus on running and growing their business.  CTN’s clients are diverse companies, who represent many industries, with locations in the Philadelphia region, throughout the United States, and internationally.

CTN has been recognized as recently as 2021, as part of the top 500 MSPs (IT managed service providers) in North America.  CTN has appeared multiple times as a Philadelphia 100 fastest growing privately held company.  His company’s team of talented employees are the best in the industry and they, along with CTN’s leadership team, have been recognized for their customer service and commitment to excellence.

Early in his career Drew received the distinction of “40 under 40” in Philadelphia, which recognizes a group of young businesspeople annually for their roles in the business and civic communities.

Passionate about not-for-profit and charitable initiatives, Drew has traveled extensively throughout the Middle East and Europe – including Bosnia, Croatia, Kosovo, Serbia, Guatemala, and Israel – to work closely with victims of war and genocide or those afflicted by poverty. In 2013, he founded the American Balkan Leadership Enterprise (ABLE), a U.S. based non-profit organization to provide economic development and humanitarian support to the Balkans. He frequently travels to the region as a speaker and presenter.

For more than 25 years, Drew has served as a board member for various organizations. The Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY) Foundation has been a special focus of his efforts.  Among his accomplishments, he involved HOBY with the 1997 Presidents’ Summit for Volunteerism and traveled with Hugh O’Brian, HOBY’s founder, to establish programs in Europe and the Middle East. Drew was presented HOBY’s Alumni Achievement Award in recognition of his work to serve youth throughout the world.

He successfully chaired the strategic planning committee of Philadelphia University whose work led to the combination of Philadelphia University and Thomas Jefferson University.  He currently serves as a member of the board of trustees of Thomas Jefferson University & Jefferson Health – a $11 billion academic medical center with 18 hospitals and 60,000 employees that serves over 5 million patients annually.  He currently is chair of the university board, a member of the executive committee as well as the enterprise finance and human capital committees.  He most recently has served on the trustee search committee to appoint Jefferson’s next CEO.

Drew is also chairman and president of ABLE, chairman of the board of the MidAtlantic Employers’ Association, and a director of several private companies.  He is also founder and managing partner of LQSA Partners, LLC an investment firm which focuses on the technology and healthcare sectors.

A sought-after public speaker and presenter, Drew attained a BS in Information Systems and Finance and an MBA in International Business from Thomas Jefferson University and has been recognized with the University’s Philip Elkin Award for business leadership.
