President & CEO
Drew Morrisroe is an innovative entrepreneur and senior executive leader with more than two decades of success across the technology, not-for-profit, higher education, and management consulting industries.
Drew began his information technology career in 1991 – while in high school – when he served as a part-time assistant to the director of information systems at InterDigital Communications Corporation, a leader in the wireless industry. This led to Drew providing IT and financial consulting services to small businesses in the Philadelphia area. In 1997 he founded CTN Solutions, and has built the business into a leading provider of IT services in the greater Philadelphia region.
Earlier in his career he received the distinction of “40 under 40” in Philadelphia, which recognizes a group of young business people annually for their roles in the business and civic community.
Passionate in regards to not-for-profit and charitable initiatives, Drew has traveled extensively throughout the Middle East and Europe – including Bosnia, Croatia, Kosovo, Serbia, Guatemala, and Israel – to work closely with victims of war and genocide or those afflicted by poverty. In 2013, he founded the American Balkan Leadership Enterprise (ABLE), a U.S. based non-profit organization to provide economic development and humanitarian support to the Balkans. He frequently travels to the region as a speaker and presenter.
For more than 25 years, Drew has served as a board member for various organizations. He successfully chaired the strategic planning committee of Philadelphia University whose work led to the strategic combination of Philadelphia University and Thomas Jefferson University. The Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY) Foundation has been a special focus of his efforts. Among his accomplishments, he involved HOBY with the 1997 Presidents’ Summit for Volunteerism and has traveled with Hugh O’Brian, HOBY’s founder, to establish programs in Europe and the Middle East. Drew was presented HOBY’s Alumni Achievement Award in recognition of his work to serve youth throughout the world.
He currently serves as a member of the board of trustees of Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health, chairman and president of ABLE, chairman of the Board of Governors of the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Foundation, a board member and director of the MidAtlantic Employers’ Association, Education Works, and several private companies.
A sought-after public speaker and presenter, Drew attained a BS in Information Systems and Finance and an MBA in International Business from Jefferson (Philadelphia University + Thomas Jefferson University) and has been recognized with the University’s Philip Elkin Award for his business leadership.
