Microsoft has informed us that as of July 1, there will be an additional price increase of 20% if a client continues the subscription commitment on a month-to-month basis.  If the client agrees prior to that period to an annual subscription term, Microsoft will waive that 20% increase.

CTN is extending the following special offer if the client agrees to an annual subscription term prior to January 31, 2022:

A client will be price protected from the increase announced in December for the entire annual commitment.

CTN will convert Microsoft licensing from the most recent CTN invoice to an annual term, upon approval from our clients.

Terms of Annual Subscription Microsoft 365 –

• CTN will bill monthly for this service as we have in the past.

• Microsoft subscription fees are subject to increase at the renewal term.

• CTN is a reseller for Microsoft subscriptions.  Please visit the Microsoft website for the terms of the Microsoft 365 service. Microsoft Customer Agreement

• Per the Microsoft terms of service, any license added must be maintained for the entire subscription term.

• The Microsoft 365 subscriptions billed by CTN cannot be terminated during the subscription term and your subscription may not be transferred to any other CSP, Reseller, or Managed Services Provider.
