Background:
Management approached CTN with an important need to evaluate the technology, skills, and organizational structure of a retirement community’s office. The CEO was interested in an impartial evaluation of the processes in place across multiple business units.
The CTN vCIO Solution:
The business processes were studied, with a key focus on employees’ behaviors as daily tasks were performed, and then documented for training and managerial purposes. This helped senior staff to evaluate areas of responsibility and required them to look at work flows in a more collaborative way.
