Before creating Wright Impact Group, Eileen held operational management roles with technology and global media companies followed by a decade in business development, sales and operations leadership roles with several fast-growing IT start-ups where she held managing partner, and ultimately equity partner, responsibilities. Eileen has been a key member of several strategic merger integration teams spanning the enterprise and start-up spaces.

Eileen is a board and executive committee member with the Gayle Bierenbaum Women’s Leadership Council at Rider University, a CEO Think Tank® alumni and Senior Advisor, and a former member of her local township school board.
