- Before working at CTN, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?

- Serving beverage samples at wine and spirits stores, 17 years ago when I was pregnant with our youngest child. Everyone likes a free trial and it must have been unexpected to see a pregnant woman working in the liquor store.
- If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

- Time manipulation to add more hours to the day.
- How did you first learn about CTN?

- Knowing Drew for many years, I have known about CTN since the beginning!
- Who would play you in a movie about your life?

- Jennifer Aniston.
- What are 3 words to describe CTN?

- Respect, service, technology.
- Why did you choose to work in the industry you’re in (marketing, IT, etc)?

- My favorite parts of Account Management are customer service and communication, which come together in marketing. Marketing and English were my undergraduate majors. Through the years, and to this day, I’m proud to use marketing in my professional and volunteer work, serving on two school Boards and supporting the marketing team for my church.
- What is your favorite thing about your job?

- Early in my career, I worked in customer service in both retail and financial services. My favorite part of account management is talking to our clients. Not only do I enjoy getting to know a bit about them, but I also appreciate hearing their feedback about CTN. Understanding our client’s experience with CTN is what drives the direction of our service. We are always looking to improve our processes that will ensure CTN delivers efficient and quality service.
- What is your favorite meal: Breakfast, lunch, or dinner? Favorite dish?

- Breakfast- Belgian waffles.

- Three generations of my family attended Penn State. I love all genres of music! We have 8 kids (no, it just feels that way).
- What is your favorite restaurant in Philadelphia?

- The very best place to eat in Philadelphia is the Reading Terminal Market. So many delicious options!
