Join us for a field trip to the Balkans!

Drew Morrisroe, Founder, President and CEO of CTN Solutions attributes much of his business and personal success to the involvement in a number of non-profit and charitable organizations, and the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY) Foundation has been a special focus of his efforts. He has been involved with HOBY, the 1997 Presidents’ Summit for Volunteerism, and established programs in Europe and the Middle East. He will share inspirational stories from “the front lines” of his extensive travels to countries such as Bosnia, Kosovo, Serbia, Israel, and Guatemala, working with people affected by poverty, war and genocide and establishing leadership training programs.

He will discuss getting involved with non-profit boards and organizations while maintaining your “day job” and inspiring your own team or organization.

Questions he will touch upon:

• How do you get involved in a non-profit initiative or board service?
• What is expected of a board member?
• How does work as a volunteer help in your “day job/career”?
• How do you find the time – as an entrepreneur – to get involved?
